Generally, the minimum succeeding hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the award money increasing for each better hand. A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, and moves on to two pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It should be known that the payout schedule can vary from game to game, so that skillful players are able to choose the most beneficial ones each and every time.
After the first round has finished, the player can either decide to continue on and try to to increase their earnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any cash that has been won. Additionally, several versions of the game allow the bettor an opportunity to increase their wins, in which case a further round is played. There are also differences among specific games, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other differing aspects to increase playability.
